The rumors around Eakes’s comeback as Macy originated from the actor’s visit to the sets. Eakes dropped a video on her Instagram where she was spotted at the Forrester mansion. As a result, chaos began on social media as fans started speculating that Macy might be back on the show soon.
For the unaware, Macy’s character featured on the series from 1989 but her character was killed off in 2000. However, Eakes was retained on the show in 2002, but almost a year later Macy was shown dead again. This time the reason behind Macy’s end was Eakes quitting the show for another soap opera All My Children.
Eakes’ recent visit to the sets sparked rumors that Macy’s character might be revived again. However, all speculations were busted when the star revealed the reason behind her visit was to promote a new Holiday concert. She stated in the video, “It was such a wonderful and emotional visit to the set of B&B to promote the holiday concert in the Netherlands with Kees Stevens and John De Bever.”
