If we want to play the most recent Inazuma-theme related event, we need to unlock Inazuma Map first right?

And to unlock Inazuma Map we need to finish Liyue Archon Quest first right?

Yet, to unlock Liyue Archon Quest we need to finish the Mondstat Archon Quest first right??

I wonder do we need to clear the entire Archon Story (and Maps) if we finally reach the Snezhnaya Region on 6.0 version later??

I mean for old and veteran players surely it won't be difficult.
But for new players, are we seriously gonna speedrun the entire game story to play the most recent quest - that literally will expired in less than weeks???

Am I the only one who think about this? I couldn't be the only one right?

Why it is a thing? It's called Event Quest, literally a time-limited quest! It supposed to be side-story. If it's related or locked by Archon Quest as requirements, then what's the point of Story Quest itself?? Are Story Quest now have limited time??

I'm sorry for asking this dumb question, but it just doesn't make any sense to me.
