Basically the same avatar, in VRC the body tracking is a lot more jittery and glitchy, and only allows less than half of what neosVR allows (3 trackers max vs 8 trackers max), ontop of that, neosVR handles tracking loss far better, with IK taking over for that body part instead of just freezing in place, this comparison doesn't take into account networked IK on VRC (if it did, VRC would look 10x worse), in addition several bones are unused in VRC while body tracking is active, such as the toes and shoulders, while in neos the toes bend if the feet get far enough away from the hips, and the shoulders are still able to move with the arms, even when body tracking is active, also the head tracking is almost completely 1:1 in neos, while in VRC it sometimes gets seperated due to the spine being straightened out instead of curved.
Finger tracking: Valve's Skeletal input looks far better than the robotic finger curling of VRC, ontop of that neosVR has finger retargetting and adjusting that VRC simply lacks, including metacarpels being taken into account, and fingers being spread to allow for the peace sign gesture.
