Why I Quit Playing Starfield - Read Description for an Update
0Update: I did some research and found nothing to fix the flashing polygons when flashlight is turned on. BUT I took some extra severe steps and it worked, It seems to be the save files and what I did is to transfer all my save files elsewhere, I also deactivated STEAM CLOUD save files and validated the game files via steam (It didn't find anything) and once again deleted all the cache files. It worked... But not much into playing from scratch, I will let starfield aside for some time, until there is more updates and content to bring me back into it. I recorded a video about it, seeing me playing starfield from scratch and the flashing bug is gone. But yeah, I cant use my old saves. The conflict seems to be between save files and the Official DLSS patch 1.8.86. Maybe because I used the mod for dlss prior to that patch, who knows..
