I am a Technical Animator, I rig 3D models for a living.

I AM NOT accusing any company of anything. If Nintendo had something usable in court they would have taken action already. That said - from my profession's perspective I seriously find these 3D model similarities to be very concerning.

I was home sick today and I had nothing better to do. So I chose to share my thoughts. Please listen with an open mind - and decide for yourselves.
