We previously covered why PS4 doesn't have backwards compatibility with PS3 games, but what about PS1 and PS2? Surely that's much more doable, and yet the company still doesn't do it. I attempt to give an answer from Sony's perspective. And also pray that it will be at least 1 year minimum before I have to say the words 'backwards compatibility' again.
