There have been a lot of PlayStation news stories today about how PSVR games are not compatible with PSVR 2. Everyone has bee nasking if PSVR 2 backward compatibility is not nearly as easy to do as you might think. Many are asking is PSVR 2 backward compatible with PSVR 1 games. It would turn out that PlayStation VR2 games will not include the original PSVR. The reason for this is largely due to how the tech works for the two systems. So PlayStation VR2 games will be coded quite differently from the original. Meaning it would be very difficult to make them work.
