The tenth escape attempt puts on the deck of the H.M.S Orca again, and we're making our escape by going overboard again. Not by swimming, but by taking a conveniently placed jet ski in need of some minor repairs.
If someone leaves a jet ski lying around in a state of disrepair and you're the one that manages to fix it, that basically gives you license to take it. I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
