Why the Arks & Tempest were Unarmed - Mass Effect: Andromeda
41Hello, everyone! I’m Cole from The Kingdom back with another Andromeda video - this time about the logistics of putting weapons on the Tempest and the Arks. There are three main reasons - power requirements, not wanting to be seen as a threat, and the weapons would not be very effective anyway. Also, they were not totally defenseless. They had fighter craft and well-trained security forces, as well as expert negotiators. The Scourge followed by the mutiny screwed them, that’s why the mission was such a disaster. They were as prepared as they reasonably could be.
