The Auxiliary function drains your willpower and isn't being used as effectively as it could be - and what to do about it.

Whatever your MBTI personality type is, you're going to struggle with the auxiliary function because it uses the opposite orientation than our dominant function. For example, if you're an introvert, the auxiliary (growth state) is extraverted... and forces us to get out into the scary world of quick, AoE (area of effect) feedback and new situations not mapped into our comfort zone. The opposite is true for extraverts like the ENFJ who use the auxiliary function of introverted iNtuition (Ni) to go into their mind and calm down and reflect on their personal understanding and subjective impact on the world.
