Every fan had something different they were hoping to see in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, and plenty of them ended up disappointed that their favorite characters had such small roles. It’s understandable that Leia Organa didn’t have a bigger presence, since Carrie Fisher tragically passed away in 2016, but the downplaying of other characters felt a bit confusing.
