Silent Hill ƒ is a 2025 survival horror game developed by NeoBards Entertainment and published by Konami. It is a standalone spinoff of the Silent Hill franchise. Set during the 1960s in the fictional town of Ebisugaoka, Japan, it follows Hinako Shimizu, a high school student who navigates the town, now consumed by fog, while solving puzzles and fighting grotesque monsters to survive.

Silent Hill ƒ was released for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on September 25, 2025, following an early access release on September 23, 2025, for customers who pre-ordered the game's Deluxe Edition. It received generally favorable reviews.

In the 1960s, Shimizu Hinako, a high school student, lives in Ebisugaoka, a rural village in Japan. Hinako resents her parents, with her mother subservient to her abusive father, while her older sister, Junko, has left home after getting married. After an argument with her family, Hinako meets with her friends Shu, Rinko, and Sakuko. Shu gives Hinako drugs in the form of herbal remedy Red Capsules to help with headaches. A monster wearing a Shiromuku suddenly appears, engulfing Ebisugaoka in fog and red spider lilies, which unalives Sakuko. Hinako escapes, but Ebisugaoka has become overrun by monsters. While avenging Sakuko from the monsters, Hinako loses consciousness and awakens in the Dark Shrine, where she encounters Fox Mask. Despite Fox Mask guiding and caring for her, Hinako is continuously warned not to trust him.

After awakening in Ebisugaoka, Hinako reunites with Shu and Rinko. As the bridge leading out of town is broken, the three plan to escape through a mountain path behind Shu's house. Throughout their journey, Hinako continues to travel back to the Dark Shrine whenever she loses consciousness or sleeps, where she continues to follow Fox Mask. After purifying themselves, Fox Mask convinces Hinako to unalive Shu, Rinko, and Sakuko to let go of her childhood. In addition, Hinako participates in three rituals, where her right arm is severed and replaced with a fox arm, her back is branded with an iron, and the top of her face is carved off and replaced with a fox mask. As Hinako continues preparations to marry Fox Mask, she transforms into the Shiromuku.

When Hinako awakens in Ebisugaoka, separated from Shu and Rinko, she eventually reaches Shu's home. Her mother phones her to come home for dinner, while Junko asks Hinako to make her decision soon. When Hinako returns home, an alternate version of herself declares she will face her fears by unaliving her friends and family. Hinako's identities in Ebisugaoka and the Dark Shrine soon converge when her fox self kills her parents as the Shiromuku, while her human self seeks revenge. Her fox self kills her human self under Junko's orders. As Hinako's marriage ceremony begins in the Dark Shrine, her human self awakens and confronts her fox self.

Silent Hill ƒ has five endings. In the "Coming Home to Roost" ending, the only available ending on the first playthrough, Hinako's human self defeats her fox self and she rejects the marriage, but her sanity begins slipping rapidly as she consumes Red Capsules. Hinako is later revealed to be a woman in her twenties who unalived several people while fleeing her wedding in a moment of psychosis from the Red Capsules. In the "Fox's Wedding" ending, Hinako's human self is destroyed by Fox Mask and Shu tries to stop the wedding, confessing to Hinako that he gave her the Red Capsules to bring her to her senses. Hinako bests Shu in battle. He resents and becomes friends with Kotoyuki, the man behind Fox Mask and Hinako marries him, at the cost of her freedom. In "The Fox Wags its Tail" ending, Hinako's human self defeats her fox self and she rejects the marriage; Fox Mask becomes enraged, but Hinako defeats him and returns to Ebisugaoka with Shu. In "Ebisugaoka in Silence", Hinako's human and fox selves reconcile, but Fox Mask's ancestor reveals that their lineage is drawn to women with divine power and that she was chosen to become Fox Mask's bride. Both of Hinako's selves defeat Fox Mask's ancestor, freeing him from the curse.
