If you are missing various tabs in Ready or Not here are a few potential causes of your problem if it isn't a bug
No Roster tab likely means that you are in "practice mode" not "commander mode" this plays like how it did in early access with out worrying about team management and had the option to restart missions or quit without penalties; Switch to commander mode on the main menu

No Briefing or Maps tab means you haven't selected a mission, simply go to the desk in the briefing room and pick one
