My solve of "Tornado Shot" by G; a sudoku that uses Arrow and Killer constraints.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits placed on arrows must sum to the digit in that arrows circle.
- Digits in cages must sum to the digit in the top left corner of the cage.
