Take ownership of sethc.exe in System32. Give yourself full permissions and then rename sethc.exe to sethc1.exe. Copy cmd.exe and rename that to sethc.exe. When pressing shift 5 times now, you should have a cmd prompt and you can run any process. Sign out or press CTRL+ALT+DEL to open security options, and then activate sticky keys which should open cmd. Type explorer into the cmd and you should get a Windows 10-like UI after doing that, if you are on Windows 11.
