Windows 10 Security Flaw with System Restore

Restrict access to the contents of %windir%\system32\config
Command Prompt (Run as administrator):
icacls %windir%\system32\config\*.* /inheritance:e

Windows PowerShell (Run as administrator):
icacls $env:windir\system32\config\*.* /inheritance:e
