Have you ever had this your desktop go blank and unresponsive? Sometimes you have to restart the computer but here is a idea that might help :) for those who want a written version

1. Press Control + Alt + Delete and select "Task manager" or right click on the task bar and click on "Task manager"
2. Click File and "Run new task" in the box type "Explorer.exe" and press Enter and see if the problem is resolved
