From the windows 11 desktop, go to the search bar at the bottom, search for settings and then open them.

In settings, select “time & language” from the left sidebar.

From there, select “date & time”.

In date and time settings, click the arrow beside “show time and date in the system tray” in order to expand it.

You can now click the checkbox called “show seconds in system tray clock” to enable it.
