0Windows 11 RGB | How to Change Your Mouse Pointer Color and Size | Chroma and Rainbow Cursors...In Windows 11 it is possible to change the color of the your mouse pointer without installing third-party cursors or apps. There are a number of new options under the Settings.
Previously, the user could only choose between black and white cursor themes which were included with the OS. The new options will allow you to apply any desired color to the mouse pointer.
To change the mouse pointer color in Windows 10, do the following:
- Open the Settings app.
- Navigate to the Bluetooth and device category.
- On the right, select Mouse and than Mouse pointer.

How-to-use: just right click on the included install.inf file, and choose "install"; go to the "mouse" dialog in the control panel, and choose "Rainbow Mac" or "Chroma" in the "pointer" tab. That's all!
