Windows 7 Account Lockout - Reset Invalid Logon Counter
With the account lockout feature enabled, access to the account is denied when the number of logon attempts that did not work exceeds the LockoutThreshold registry value (the account lockout threshold) in a specified amount of time. A locked-out account cannot be used until it is reset by an administrator or until the lockout duration for that account expires.
