It's random. Sometimes goes 120hz smooth and other times it gets this dramatical slowdown, it affects photoshop and gaming.

However, randomly too, it goes back to normal in no time. It has a temporal fix by pressing Windows Key + Tab, but it's that, TEMPORAL.
