To save game you have to create Windows Live Offline profile when game starts by pressing home. Sometimes it does'nt appears. So here is the simple fix by deleting Xlive.dll from install folder.

1.Install Game
2.Run updater
3.Replace .dll file
4.Install Game for Windows client "http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/pc/downloadclient"
5.Delete "XLIVE.dll" [very important point to remember]

Download gamesservices.dll : https://www.dropbox.com/s/3p2pshc33ycrilm/gameservices.dll

Download Batman AC update 1.01 on searching google.
