In 1996, Wing Commader IV for DOS was released on CD-ROM, with interlaced, low resolution video.

In 1997, a Special Edition DVD-ROM was released featuring full DVD video.

In 2020, I started experimenting with AI/Deep Learning to remaster the DVD footage to full HD.

To accompany the release of Wing Commander IV HD Video Pack V4.0, I put together this little journey through time, comparing the image quality of all three versions.
