Wings of Bluestar (XSX) - quick play - shmup shooter with 2 ships and co-op, unlockables
0Wings of Bluestar is one of EastAsiaSoft's newest releases; I have been covering many of their games over the last few years. This one does not disappoint. This 2D side-scrolling shooter is fast, fluid, and features a unique control mechanic where one of the two ships can be optionally controlled with twin-stick controls (what you see in this stream here).
The player can also collect stars which are used to unlocked extra features. There is also a 2p local co-op mode and this game has a long, detailed story.
Like many EastAsiaSoft games, this game carries a low purchase price, is fun, and most Achievements can be unlocked in a short amount of time and with little effort.
