5Itemless seems impossible because of spike floor section. You can't reach some flying ennemies with pogo only. One could do itemless until spike floor section but to keep the rules from being arbitrary, i have chosen to enable Wings for the whole challenge. Claw could be used instead of Wings but it allows you to stay forever on the walls which makes the challenge easier.
Doable with All Bindings but some parts are extremely annoying. I'll be satisfied with no Bindings at least for now.
