About The Game:
Wings.io is a 2015 massively multiplayer online game developed by Wingsio. Users play as a plane and try to kill other planes in order to get up to the top of the leaderboard. The game is similar to Agar.io and Slither.io.
The objective of the game is to shoot other players and reach the top of the leaderboard by killing other planes. First place has twice the life of a normal player and is the King. Getting king will fill up the player's health.
Players are able to collect little, shining yellow dots to regenerate their health, gain a small temporary speed boost and earn points.
Players engage in dogfights and shoot down others to get more points.Venturing outside of the course or into water will slowly drain health. If the player is about to die and the player kills someone else, the player gets a near kill and is able to fly out with low health. This is problematic for the player because he might get killed very quickly, unless he gets a health pack from a parachute quick enough.
Players can also collect parachutes with certain weapons, identified by a red missile icon, orange bullets, blue cross-hair, green icon, a yellow diamond, or a purple fist. They can be missiles, 3-shot shotguns, a rail gun, punch or health packs. The missiles are one shot kills and can lock on players, the shotgun fires a spread of three bullets every shot, the rail gun is a long-ranged hitscan sniper that destroys a non-king plane in one shot, the yellow diamond that is a laser can shot a massive laser, which slows players down. The punch can make the player fly really fast, causing the opponent to get hit and get killed. This effect does not last indefinitely.
Players are able to do revenge on the people that killed them, which is called "revenge kill". Planes are customizable, with a set amount of design and colors. Specific player names also cause the game to add a flag that trails behind the plane. Another customizable option is to change the graphics quality to either High or Low, with high being default.
