Jizukiru isn't a once per turn effect and he refills Kaiju Counters when you destroy things with his effect.. It's pretty great.

Gamaciel can also negate effects more than once and banish the card so he's actually a good choice for your own field, and he's the easiest one to blow up so he's pretty amazing. Just don't give the opponents Kumongous if there's counters on the field.. He'll completely disable your own Kaiju until the end of their turn.
