I got Wipeout Omega Collection today because of the VR update and decided to record a bit of playing for the fun of it. This is my first Wipeout game and my first time playing this track as I'm still just going through career mode. Sorry about the sound effects drowning out the music: I tend to favor sound effects over music in VR for more immersion, but even then the sound mix is much better with headphones than it appeared in the video feed on the TV.

The graphical fidelity in this game blows away pretty well every other PSVR game so far. This was recorded on an original PS4 and it looks relatively crisp compared to pretty well every other VR game even without the Pro. So far I've played for about 2 hours, the overwhelming majority of which in VR and so far, I think VR actually makes the game easier, Granted, I've played way more in VR, but I find being able to look ahead around corners really helps, and the controls feel more responsive to me in VR because of the instant feedback of seeing the world tilt with the slightest tap of the control stick.

Also for those wondering, I tend not to get sick in VR games any more but was still worried about this game prior to jumping in, and I'm pleased to report there was absolutely zero adjustment period to the game: I'm playing this on the loosest comfort settings (camera locked to pilot, no blinders) and there's zero discomfort. As long as you've already got your "VR Legs" in other games, you should be good to go.
