After you speak with Ursula in her Cave on Dazzle Beach you must place her crystal key by the locked door on Dazzle Beach. Once you enter you must find a way to remove the first magic gate in the mystical cave. To open the first gate you need 3 gems. A red gem, a green gem and a blue gem. Find gems in black stones located along the walls of the map using your pickaxe.
After you open the first gate you must find a way to remove the second magic gate in the mystical cave. To open the second gate you must plant seeds in order from left to right. You will need Carrot Seeds wheat seeds and tomato seeds. You can get wheat seeds from goofys stall in the Pleasant meadows and you can get tomato seeds from goofys stall on Dazzle beach.
Water the seeds, wait for the seeds to grow and the door will open.
To open the third magic gate you will need to cook the food you grew. Take the food you grew and cook them in the pot and eat it. Then the final door will open.
Finally cast your fishing pole in the water too receive the orb and place it outside the cave. Then you can visit Ursula and Merlin to complete the mission.
