I just practiced my second full game playthrough following those strats, replaying sections and reworking as needed until consistent, then did isolated practice on hardest sections, then decided I had time for one run tonight and got it first try. It's generally pretty safe with good strats/gameplay, but at the same time very easy to die if you mess up, I almost did several times.

I'm skipping every skippable cutscene as soon as it will let me, and AFK getting water/food/using bathroom etc. for every unskippable cutscene, so there might be a couple spots where I get back a bit late from AFK. I don't recommend skipping the final cutscene, as you can see it bugged out my game and when I hit exit it just crashed the whole thing, thankfully after the achievement popped.
