I'm so frustrated by this, I wanted to stream this but this bug is screwing up my ability to do so. Please let me know if you experience this same thing. It only happens when I save after the part where you get the Panzerhound and go to the streets. The auto-saves are fine (not anymore though they've been corrupted as well), please spread the word on this so it gets fixed.
