19Here's a quick guide for Electrical Stun perk.
You need to kill mechanical enemy while it's stunned by your electric grenade.
First of course you will need an electric damage upgrade on your grenades.
Find a panzerhund, make a quick save and then soften it up with some initial damage.
It takes about 10 rockets or grenades from Kampfpistole so put 8 in panzerhund, stun it with granade and finish it off to progress this prek.
Reload and repeat until you max it out.
