Ingredients:
mixing bowl with spoon
one 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan
1 1/2 cups of corn meal
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 Tbsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/3 cup melted butter
2 eggs beaten

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- mix dry ingredients
- add and mix wet ingredients
- pour into pan and bake for 55 minutes
- remove and let stand for 10 minutes
