Word Rescue | Part 3: But Wait, There's More!
I feel like the developers could have had a little more variation in the locations you visit during this first episode of the game. A few small towns, and then a lot of time spent in castles.. only to suddenly switch over to an industrial city scape for the last few levels. That, and having the game run out of new words to throw at me were my only real issues. Hopefully the second and third episodes - and the eventual Word Rescue Plus - will have more tricks up their sleeves.

Word Rescue is a side-scrolling action platformer released in 1992 for DOS PCs. A sequal, titled Word Rescue Plus, was released in 1998. The games are educational, designed to teach children how to both read and spell written words.
Horrible creatures called Gruzzles have decided that since they can't read, nobody else should either. They've stolen all of the words from books all across the world, and it's up to you - with the help of Benny the Bookworm and his buckets of slime - to steal them back!
