This video will showcase how to set up a succesful republic in 2023.
In this episode, will be little gameplay but I will showcase how I set up my initial starting blueprint.

Using the measurements tool and the estimates that I use I will show you how to set up a blueprint that can have a positive monetary balance (profit) and will not destroy your chances to build up a republic in Realistic Mode by lending too much Roebles, or the need of two custom houses next to each other.
