THIS EPISODE
Okay, I have implemented my One year plan and progressed through my Thre year plan. The year is 1974 and my republic is thriving - now I need a new plan for the next years. That should be Steel industrie and Alcohol and Food factories.
In preparation of the Steel Mill, I will first build a coal mine. I also need a large heating plant for my growing city population.

WORKERS AND RESOURCES
No, this is not Simcity 2024 nor is this Cityskylines 2... But this is the game Maxis or Collossus Order wished THEY had developed as successor in the city building and management genre. They didn't but 3DIVISION did and still in Early Access - but almost fully developed, I present to you Workers & Resources Soviet Republic.

Micromanage everything from your first gravel storage to huge industrial complexes - custom houses as outside connection then just arrows - build cities for your cims that that fullfills all their needs. Move your vehicles with military precision and be patient.
The only thing missing in this simulation is that people "teleport" home after work - but anything else is working like a charm.

REALISTIC MODE
Within this framework, there has been a game mode introduced that does not allow magic to happen and workers and/or resources appearing from nowhere. Every worker, every single resource and tons of gravel have to be either imported by trucks or busses or produced by yourself! This offers MAJOR CHALLENGES in planning and distribution!!

Map is Birth of a Republic from vanilla game.
Weather is on, global effects are normal.
