The top peltier is a TEC1-12703 powered at 9V, the bottom peltier is a TEC1-12712 powered at 12V.

The cold plate is 80x60x4mm and is insulated outside of where the cold temperatures are needed, it acts as a thermal mass allowing the device to continue working for about 10 seconds after power is lost.

40mm M6 nylon bolts and nuts were used to secure the cold plate to the peltier devices, and to apply pressure on them so that there is good thermal contact between them and the heatsink.

A cheap 90mm CPU heatsink from AliExpress was used to cool the peltier devices.
