Working the problem - BeamNG is deforming my animated mesh from Blender

This is a video I am tackling this problem with heavy trial and error. Took a while to get it to work. I was able to recreate the taffy stretching problem and correct it so that it moves correctly. Exactly what I did, well you can decide because I am not 100% sure what did it. Near the end of the video, I have the working solution.
