World of Warships - First Look: Tier VIII Premium American Cruiser USS San Diego
Here's our First Look at Tier VIII Premium American cruiser USS San Diego. One of the most decorated ships in the USN in World War II, San Diego was originally conceived as a down-tiered variant of USS Austin. Luckily for us, Wargaming has largely discarded that concept and brought us this version... which is more akin to an Italian light cruiser than an American one. Armed with only SAP and AP shells, San Diego also brings some decent AA defenses, a heal, and a reload booster into the mix. Let's talk about what this all means in terms of how the ship will play and how she compares to her contemporaries.
