Here is how to configure the WoWS training room so that it is on your port battle mode selections. You have to modify the following:

C:\Games\World_of_Warships\res\scripts_config file

You need to change the setting from true to false, example below:

_disableTrainingRoom_false_/disableTrainingRoom_

Granted the angle brackets have been change since YouTube does not allow them in the description area.

The training option will stay there until the next update which reset the setting to "true" again.
