This is random gameplay from one of my all time favorite games: Worms World Party.
Worms games in general (except a few) are artillery turn based strategy games where a player controls one of their worms and must kill the enemy (both players take it in turns against one another). Worms World Party is my favorite Worms game and I played the living shit out of the PSX port of the game, I must say that the PC port has a lot more features than the PSX port though.
