I ran out of ideas for this map so it shares ideas with original mission from world party AND and also the exclusive mission from PS1 version of worms armageddon. You just need to eliminate both targets with given weapons.
The second worm from red team is probably the trickest, the position was probably good enough there to not get killed. Your best bet is to stay where the last crate was however, cause it was a quite close call.
I'm not really sure how to balance this mission between 2 teams given how map was built, so it's just a quick mission as a result.

Introduction: One of the soldiers is in trouble and needs your help. Hurry up to him until the enemies get rid of him. After that, get rid of the commander.

It's pretty straightforward mission, you just need to be fast with building a girder near worm with hat. OR you can defeat the enemy commander under 5-6 turns if you want, cause that's around where they get the weapon to win the mission.
I made the first choice and it also result commander getting defeated cause they didn't have teleport yet, i reduced delay by 1 turn after record so it should be a bit more fair mission for both teams.
