9Welcome to Palinurus Part 1!
Space is BIG, and when you are flying around in it all day it can get a little boring. Well that won't be a problem for our hero this time! He steps onto a small ship, intending to head out for possible riches in a mining operation in the Alpha Centauri system. On the ship there is an A.I. navigator named Budapest. She takes the appearance of a beautiful young woman with flowing red hair and crystal blue eyes. It isn't long before this boring trip takes a turn, putting both lives at real risk...
Palinurus is the creation of the new Visual Novel design group called Watercress. This international group offers their free time to creating and crafting good stories that they are starting to bring to life in kinetic visual novels. Palinurus was written during the National Writers Month (NaNoWriMo) challenge of 2015. After it had been written, the creators desided to craft the visual novel. Now a year later, they have refreshed the game with new art, music, and bug fixes. It is a Free-to-Play title that anyone with Steam can enjoy.
