3Welcome to Palinurus Part 2!
Lost in space doesn't even begin to describe our situation. We are drifting though uncharted space with little hope of being discovered. However there may be hope along our present trajectory. However there is a catch. We are going to be drifting for over 30 days. To make things more interesting, Budapest, the on-board AI has lost her emotional inhibitor. Now she is dealing with very human emotions like fear, anxiety, and even humor. But will this compromise her ability to protect us? Will these emotions destroy her? And more importantly, why were her emotions suppressed in the first place?
Palinurus is the creation of the new Visual Novel design group called Watercress. This international group offers their free time to creating and crafting good stories that they are starting to bring to life in kinetic visual novels. Palinurus was written during the National Writers Month (NaNoWriMo) challenge of 2015. After it had been written, the creators desided to craft the visual novel. Now a year later, they have refreshed the game with new art, music, and bug fixes. It is a Free-to-Play title that anyone with Steam can enjoy.
