2WOTC has risen the prices of their product while lessining the product over all together, less for more. while trying to shift product lines and creating divercity is skews. Resellers trying to adjust with the price difference while making a buck. Scalpers going on and buying the product to double and sometimes tripple the cost. nothing to easy, and tough to say, the game of Magic the Gathering has signifagantly increased in price to pay and play. the tranformitive and evolution of Magic the Gathering is now targeting a richer demigraphic than before. Lets take a breath in and remember, MTG is a luxary in our life, no matter the cost. but alsoit was and is a great mental escape. why veteran players still play the game today. But it feels like the game is being gate-kept now because of the secondary market of resellers and scalpers in our communty that is growing. Now is this growing pains, are we going o grow and adjust to these changes, will there be a need to cause a fuss and have Wizards of the coast, combat the open market? Lets get into this deeper?
