This is Wargaming's response to 2017 April Fools day. They put a sub in the port for a little while then they (WG) take it away. In the end you get a free port slot. I thought this was funny. I like the commander's name, Russianbias. Nice hat commander.

A few details on this submarine

The Shchuka-class submarines, also referred to as Sh or Shch-class submarines, were a medium-sized class of Soviet submarines, built in large numbers and used during World War II. "Shchuka" is Russian for pike. Of this class, only two submarines (411 and 412) entered service after 1945, although they were launched before the war.

Their numbering depended on which Soviet fleet they belonged to: for example the 100-series belonged to the Pacific Fleet, the 200-series to the Black Sea Fleet, the 300-series to the Baltic Fleet, and the 400-series to the Northern Fleet.

The sub served exclusively in the Far East service with poor war activity. In an uncertain date in the summer of 1938 the submarine was involved in a particular incident. In those years, the Soviet Union was engaged in border clashes with Japan in Manchuria, and the tension between the two nations was high: during a patrol mission, the submarine intercepted a Japanese fishing boat. And apparently during inspection the Sovier crew found naval mines . The vessel was evidently impounded before a possible return to Japan (but there is no data for confirmation or denial of the ships return).
