Julia Dvorko is the Regional Program Director of the Massachusetts Export Center and the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Network. Based at Worcester State College, Dr. Dvorko assists Central Massachusetts companies in all aspects of international trade and coordinates export programs and seminars in the area. She has over fifteen years of business experience in several countries including Russia, Sweden and the U.S.
