Chicago Cubs owner Tom Ricketts wants to improve Wrigley Field in the best way possible. Ricketts supports a new scoreboard that will go up in the outfield. Unfortunately for those across the street that operate the business of "Wrigley Rooftops," well, there wouldn't be much business anymore. The scoreboard would impede the view of those across the street, killing those businesses. Is it a good idea or bad idea from Cubs management?
