Pixel My Heart presents Writer's Block, a 2D horror narrative where you play as an unsuccessful horror writer returning to his hometown after 10 years to finish his latest work for an upcoming book festival.
In the process, he must confront the painful memories, anxieties, and unresolved conflicts with the people he left behind since 10 years ago.
His mental state manifests as nightmares and monsters, and it is up to the player on whether he'll survive or be consumed by his inner demons.
