Slightly Mad Studios announced Project CARS 3 a few days ago. Its most radical change is them switching the gameplay from a full-on sim, to a simcade type of handling. But with the existence of the two simcade giants Gran Turismo & Forza, and Codemasters' very own GRID series, what is the point of switching to an already dominated subgenre?
